What you are about to read is the biggest ever *Help Wanted Sign* humanity has ever seen.
And it's how The Good People in America rise and finally turn their friends lists and their connections and groups and followers and their group chats and their email lists and whatever 'influence' they have in the world into an unstoppable force for good.
And create more peace.
I am a social entrepreneur, and I have built the framework for a true bottom-up enterprise to Fix and Heal post 9/11 America with a business.
I don't have money to pay anyone right away, but... AS THE FOUNDER... I do have Equity that is available to share with the 1000 people we hope to 'officially hire' and eventually pay in 2026.
Obviously, how much equity and how it all plays out and exactly when we begin to hire and pay employees depends entirely on how this proposal is received.
Instead of handing over Equity to Venture Capitalists... my very, very, very strong preference is to turn what The Venture Capitalists would normally get over to 1000 'founder-minded' Veterans and First Responders and Teachers and Nurses and Small Business Owners and new American Caregivers...

And begin to *Crowdsource Everything WE Need* to make modern day America a better place to live for everyone.
WARNING: This is likely to get a little messy. I don't know of anyone who has ever tried to Crowd Source the ENTIRE launch of a tech startup before. So, WE are likely to make mistakes, and we will need to figure this out as we work it all through.
Let's begin here:
NOTHING... in this open invitation is a promise to anyone for anything. PERIOD.
Right now, I don’t know exactly how this is going to work. Or who or what comes next.
But I believe an enterprise this beautiful MUST come from The People.
I also believe THIS is The BIG Idea America needs right now.
For two and a half decades Inspiration has been pouring into me day and night some of the most incredible ideas. At the expense of everything I have captured and organized these ideas into something called THE DREAM FEEDER.
It’s how we rebuild America by rebuilding The American Family in 2026 and beyond.
I finally have all the ideas in place. And they are awesome. Powerful even. Everything we need to rebuild the American family is now in place.

AMERICA... the solution to all of our problems is simple. We need Better Citizens with a profound new sense of 'ownership' for the current state of this nation.
I have built a true bottom-up business model called The Dream Feeder as a catalyst for creating millions and millions of Better Citizens and amazing political and economic growth and change here in America and across The Globe.
By now just about everyone is aware that Humanity is in the process of a very, very expensive transition into Modernity. For those with the skills and means this is a time of great prosperity. Not long ago I spent 11 years as my mother’s caregiver, the last 3 were during COVID while she was unable to do anything for herself but smile and breathe. Once The Nonviolence Nuke detonates (goes viral) ... we will have a badly needed paradigm shift powerful enough to end The Endless War Paradigm that is very much at the heart of most of America's biggest post 9.11 problems.

During Humanity's terrible period of post 9.11 Trial and Error, we learned that top-down solutions are good for some things and not at all good for others.

To be clear, we do not and will never possess all the ideas we need to fix and heal post 9.11 America, but we have everything we need right now for this paradigm shift to begin.

Our current 'model' for education was designed well before The Internet and The Age of AI. It has done a lot of good, but it's outdated and has been for a very long time. Really? 50k+ per year college educations... what the Hell is wrong with US thinking this is, OK? It's not.
In the age of AI K-12 should be plenty of time getting most Americans ready for the Modern workplace. Advanced degrees will still be necessary for some. Of course. But not for everyone.

In some ways The Dream Feeder will be similar to The OnlyFans Business Model but instead of sickening minds young and old with Porn... We must end the practice of campaign contributions influencing which ventures or industries will receive taxpayer dollars.
The E-Fund will invest taxpayer money at the individual level, based on the thoroughness and viability of a business undertaking without regard for political connections and donations.

The Objective is Simple… design institutional infrastructure aimed at demystifying and energizing the entrepreneurial process for those American Citizens with ideas and courage but without the historical experience, family/political connections or seed money to turn their thoughts into tangible value.
Every successful enterprise has common components which lead to success.
We will use social networking technology and a shared National Purpose to ensure the circulation of resources, experience and ideas for the greatest good of... The Many.
The Entrepreneurial Support Centers and E-Fund will make individual skill training and development a primary intention.
The Centers will also provide start-up expertise, seed capital investment and large-scale coordination of federal, state and local resources while building a bridge to existing small and large business entities.
The intent of the Entrepreneurial Support Center is to provide idea incubation until the holder(s) of the idea invests enough "sweat equity" to create value that permits the proposition to stand on its own.
Once a sustainable business model is established, banks and other traditional funding mechanisms will take over.
